The community was heavily involved in the planning of Broomfield Town Square, and its design and features are reflective of that involvement.

Located north of West 120th Avenue and east of Main Street, the Town Square will feature a dynamic blend of residential, retail, dining, and workspace, including the transformation of the former Safeway site into a lively market hall.

Serving as a focal point, the environmentally sensitive, expanded lake will anchor the experience, surrounded by trails, gathering spaces, and inviting public areas – from a central plaza to a beach and boathouse. Designed with a pedestrian-first mindset, the project will offer walkable streets, promenades, and public art, creating an environment that supports both an active lifestyle and meaningful connection.
